Sturgill’s “Sugar Daddy” Goes Electric

Sturgill Simpson was an out of the box choice to produce the theme song for an HBO show centered around 1970’s rock n’ roll.  But, he and his band more than rose to the occassion and produced something truly remarkable.  And Sturgill played the electric guitar again for it.  Epic. This is Sturgill’s Dylan at Newport moment.  He’s plugged in.
