MF16 – Day 1

A recap of the best tweets, photos and moments of Day 1 in Steamboat.

The day began with a sighting of Luke Bryan and only got better from there.  Zac Wilkerson was the unquestioned champion of the media suite based on the many texts we received telling us how awesome he was (we know!).  The power went out during Josh Grider‘s set and he took it genuinely acoustic with a sing along of his biggest songs.  John Fullbright took everyone to church.  Day 2 awaits.

Todd Purifoy’s entire Day 1 album.  Amazing as usual.

John Fullbright makes the choir say amen.

Zac Wilkerson owns the media lounge.

High Paychecks and glamour’s Lifestyle of hob nobbing it with the rich and famous might be the dream of many young shutterbug, however it is not easy to reach the golden Staircases of the well-known fashion houses and magazines. For every one talented photographer, hundreds are left panting at the sidewalk, only dreaming about the moment that their photo will be chosen.
